All sweets made by Chokopopz for all occasions are subject to the following terms and conditions:
We would appreciate if you can order:
- 1week earlier for a normal order; or
- At least 2weeks earlier for 100pcs & above.
Storage
- As for lollichocs, it should be stored in a cool and dry place in order to maintain the quality of the chocolate.
- Note: We would not be responsible if the chocolates are melted or destroyed right after you have received it or during the event as we have already stated the condition on how to store the chocolate.
Policy
- Most orders will be delivered on chosen date.
- Your orders can be picked up at our premises at TTDI
- If u wish to cancel the orders, please inform at least 3days before.
- Customer requires to pay 50% of the total amount due to late cancellation.
- There would be an extra charges for last minute orders.
